Shipping & Handling 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wranglerstar Merch Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 10-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Wranglerstar Merch/Scout Carry LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Wranglerstar Merch/Scout Carry LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • Prices are shown in US Dollars. For Conversion, please use a currency converter.
  • Additional processing time (3-5 days) may be required for international orders.
  • We may not be able to ship to every country. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you and refund your full order.
  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customers clearance fees, etc. Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary country to country.
  • If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipment cost. For refunds, we will not be able to offer refunds on international shipping costs, only up to the maximum value of the products purchased.
